RecipesNovember 10, 2022 Ingredients: GADRE Snow Crab Legs Brioche hotdog buns 1 Salted Butter bar Thinly chopped green onions Thinly chopped parsley Smoked Paprika 2 tbsp Minced Garlic Lemon/lime (to drizzle before eating) 2 tbsp heavy cream Salt Black pepper Preperation / Cooking: In a medium size saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat and add the heavy cream. Add the minced garlic and stir. add 2 tbsp of smoked paprika and 2 tbsp of chopped parsley. Add the GADRE Snow Crab Legs in the saucepan and sauté for about 30 seconds. Remove from heat and add salt and black pepper to taste. Do not over-cook the crab. Toast the brioche buns in the oven. Place them onto a baking sheet and under the oven broiler for about 3 minutes, until they’re warm. Serve the GADRE Snow Crab Legs into each brioche bun, sprinkle some green onions on top and drizzle with fresh lemon or lime juice.
