RecipesNovember 11, 2022 Ingredients: 4 oz GADRE Snow Crab Leg 4 oz Dice cut Tuna 3 oz Edamame 3 oz Dice cut avocado 3 oz thinly sliced cucumber Furikake 3 oz Diced Mango Sushi Rice/ Steamed Rice/ Spring Salad Mix 3 tablespoons of Ponzu sauce 3 tablespoons of sesame oil Salt to taste Green Onion for garnish Preperation / Cooking: In a bowl, serve rice halfway. For a lighter option you can replace rice with Spring Salad Mix. In a separate bowl mix the ponzu sauce, sesame oil and add salt to taste. Sprinkle some furikake on top of the rice and add 1 tbsp of the poke sauce mix. Add the tuna to the remaining sauce mix and stir. Place the Edamame, Dice cut avocado, sliced cucumber and Mango on top of the rice. Add the tuna without adding all the sauce in the mixing bowl. Slice diagonally in half the GADRE Snow Crab Legs on a cutting board and add and stir them into the remaining sauce mix. Add the poke GADRE Snow Crab Leg on top of the other ingredients and pour the remaining sauce on top of it. Garnish with chopped or thinly sliced green onions.
