Lemon vinaigrette (1 very thinly minced garlic clove, 3 tbsp Fresh lemon juice, 2 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil, ½ tsp Honey, Dried thyme to taste)
Preperation / Cooking:
Mix all the Lemon vinaigrette ingredients in a mixing bowl, add salt and pepper to taste and a tbsp of mustard.
Cut your GADRE Snow Crab Leg and add it to the Lemon Vinaigrette mix.
Cut eggs lengthwise in half. Remove yolks, reserving whites. In a bowl. Mash yolks and add the mayonnaise, the finely chopped Fennel, 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard, 1 teaspoon minced fresh parsley, 1/2 teaspoon salt, cayenne and black pepper to taste, and Worcestershire sauce.
Spoon or pipe into egg whites. Garnish with a piece of thyme and add one GADRE Snow Crab Leg piece on top to finish.
