RecipesNovember 10, 2022 Ingredients: 8 oz GADRE Snow Crab Legs for recipe and 1 piece for decoration 1 pound elbow macaroni ¼ cup butter 3 tablespoons flour 2 cups milk 1/3 cup heavy cream 1 cup Asiago Cheese 1 cup Romano Cheese 2 cups mild yellow Cheddar cheese 1/2 cup extra sharp white Cheddar cheese ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 teaspoon salt Chopped Parsley to taste Preperation / Cooking: Cook the elbow macaroni in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain well. In a medium saucepan melt butter and whisk in flour. Cook and stir for several minutes until bubbling. Whisk in milk and cream and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened and smooth. Remove from heat and add the cheeses, some salt to taste and add in the drained macaroni. Slice diagonally the GADRE Snow Crab Legs on a cutting board and gently add and stir them into the macaroni cheese mix. Serve on a bowl and sprinkle some parmesan cheese and parsley on top. Cut in half a piece of GADRE Snow Crab Leg and place on top for garnish.
