RecipesJune 16, 2022 Ingredients: 1 pack of Gadre Fish Balls or (Gadre Crab Shreds and Gadre Fishcake) Corn flour or starch Sweet and Sour Sauce or similar Canola Oil (for cooking) Green Onion (add any vegetables to liking) Preperation / Cooking: Mince Gadre Fish Balls or Gadre Crab Shreds and Gadre Fishcake. Mince any additional vegetables. Mix minced ingredients in bowl.“Punch” mixture to let air out. Add Flour or Corn Starch as necessary. Let sit and refrigerate (1 hour ~ overnight). Scoop with favorable utensil, enough mixture to roll into pieces that will fit in Pot. Preheat Pot with Canola Oil to 375 degrees (175 Celsius). Fry for 1-2 minutes or until surface is golden brown. Mix fried Fish Balls in bowl with Sweet and Sour Sauce Plate and Serve.
