RecipesJune 16, 2022 Ingredients: 1 Pack of Gadre Chikuwa 1/4th lb Ground Protein (pork pictured) Cherry Tomato Cilantro or similar 2 Stokes of Scallion 2 tbs of Chili Paste Sesame Oil Preperation: Cut Gadre Chikuwa in half (on its side). Cut Scallions to small pieces. Thinly slice Cherry Tomatoes. Season Choice of Protein with salt and pepper. Cook: Heat pan with sesame oil. Add Protein and fully cook. Remove protein, save some oil in pan and clean pan. Lightly add sesame oil and cook Gadre Chikuwa. Plate Gadre Chikuwa and protein on top. Garnish to taste.
