Chop the vegetables in small cubes: tomatoes, red onion, green onion, red and yellow bell peppers and cilantro. Combine with the surimi. Squeeze a lime, add chili powder and your favorite spices. Mix well all the ingredients and serve with tortilla chips or over tostadas and enjoy!
